At Ossyx, we take pride in delivering high-quality garments and exceptional customer experience. If you receive an item that is defective upon arrival, we’re here to make it right with an exchange or refund, in accordance with the terms below:
1. Contact Us First
If your item is defective, please email us at sunnyday@ossyx.shop within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

2. Return Authorization
Once the defect is confirmed, we’ll issue a return authorization and send you a pre-paid shipping label. The item must be returned in its original condition, including tags and packaging.
3. Inspection & Eligibility
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. You’ll receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved.
4. Exchange Terms
If approved, we’ll send a replacement item at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the item is no longer in stock, you may choose between:

5. Refund Terms
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges will also be refunded.
6. Covered Shipping Costs
Ossyx covers all shipping costs related to approved defective item returns and exchanges.
